Called St Charles Family Care yesterday, because my son had Covid symptoms. They told me over the phone that we would have our test results by end of day, or the next morning. We'll it is the next day and now they are telling me we can't get our results until they are released by our primary DR, and they won't be open till Tuesday. Now I am having to miss 3 days of work. In a chaotic economy, I now have to suffer financial hardships. I wish I could give them zero stars. Long story shot, St Charles sucks!!!

We've been patients off and on for 40+ years. St.Charles has usually provided good service but now they are excellent! I spent 24 hours there over New Year's Day when I had a heart attack. Every nurse, doctor, and support person with whom I interacted was OUTSTANDING. Staff in the ER on Jan. 1, is to be commended, as is Dr. Rafael and his staff who came in on a holiday afternoon to perform the procedure and did it cheerfully. The nurses on the cardiac floor are the best I've ever seen. Thank each of you.

Brought my friend to the hospital for painful lumps and bumps. We have been waiting in the ER lobby for 3 hours. Triage nurse was extremely pushy, loud and rude. This is the worst hospital I have ever been too. The patients are treated like nothing here. There are two other P/T here and they have been waiting 5 hours. This is so awful. Will be reporting to the board of medicine for PT dignity and exacerbating PT wait times. More critical PT have still not been seen.

So I have a bill for $3,300.00. I was making consistent payments of $100.00 a month. You would not accept my $100.00. I could not afford the $500.00 a month. So, instead of accepting my $100.00 you send me to collections. I was never notified of my account status in email, text, mail or call. Was never told that my account was in danger of being put in collections. It's not okay to take advantage of people. It's not okay to monopolies and control people when the people are who support your "Business." It's not okay to take advantage of those less fortunate.
