I've had one session and it's been downhill ever since. There was a billing dispute due to the "office manager. We have been having a lot of changes to our billing and she has been overwhelmed with that right now so it could take a while". Been trying to get in touch with Adam Maldonado for a while. My last email to him was on 2/3/2021 with no response. I called and left a message on his mailbox on 2/9/2021 with no response. It is now 2/17/2021. I just called and left a message in the general mailbox hoping someone gets back to me. I'm trying to see if I have an outstanding balance since that was never fully elaborated on for what I would owe. Every time I would reach out to Adam I would not get a response back for days leading up to a week. I do not plan on coming back due to this sort of "professionalism". Please, someone get back to me. This has so far not been helping me with "Taking Control".

I only know one counselor, Tiffany. She is absolutely amazing. 5/5 would recommend. If the others are anything like her, they are all wonderful also.
