Booked an appointment for a clogged drain at 720 AM...received a call back confirming 5 minutes later! Easy to schedule...received text and email alerts and they showed up over an hour early! Both staff members including Jeff were prompt, professional and cleaned up before leaving. Was very impressed with the courtesy of the person that called to confirm my appointment, the staff and ease of scheduling/prompt appointment time. Recommend and would use again!

Simply a great, reliable company that has always been there during our many sewer emergencies (we bought an old house with lots of plumbing problems). Nick was our technician and I could not be happier with him. He was always on time, always professional, always understanding and went above and beyond to help us. We could always count on his honest expertise, so when he said we need a major repair, we knew we had to do it. Highly recommended company and special thanks to Nick!
We had a sewer issue in our basement, and called Roto-Rooter, they responded with in a few hours. The technician Jeff was professional and quickly assessed the situation as and gave us the next steps we needed to take in order to fix. With out Jeff's quick thinking and knowledge, we would have had a much larger issue! Could not be more pleased with the service we received!
