Mr Rooter Plumbing
About Mr Rooter Plumbing
Joe Averette
Had a sewer line clog and water backing up in basement tub. The technician arrived withing 40 minutes of my phone call requesting a plumber. He quickly found the problem, showed it to me on the machine that runs a camera down the sewer line, and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. Did the work quickly and professionally. They will be my go to plumber in the future.

Spent a couple of weeks doing estimates on a new hot water heater then one day had a leak emergency and called Mr Rooter who had a tech at my home in about 30 minutes!! Can't beat that! Recommended a hot water heater replacement, since the unit was about 12 years old and they gave me an estimate. Mr Rooter was the fairest and most reasonable price I've seen plus the tech, Kenzie, was a pleasure to work with, explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. They worked with my schedule to get it done quickly and Kenzie was awesome during the installation process! Overall this was a wonderful experience and I would and have recommended Mr Rooter for any plumbing needs! A++ Company!

My septic pump broke and they made an emergency visit on a Sunday. The dispatcher and Johnny, the service technician, were both very nice and up front with everything. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

First of all, I'd like to thank the guys who came out, DJ and Mr. Austin, Texas (I forgot his name). The job was simple (for them), and took longer for them just to pull equipment than the actual fix. This clog has stressed us out to the point of throwing out the washer and all of my dishes. Thank you to Amy in the office for setting all of this up. This company is very professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. Recommend in a NY minute.
