The worse and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Save your time and money. I went to their location and was told someone will get back to me within the next few days. A month later I get an email from them. You can’t be serious. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

They only want to get your money and don't care about the customer concerns before any commitment. I started talking with one of the sales reps in this place. I gave him my design and asked him to give me an estimate based on the design I already had. He then put the design in their own software (not that he designed it from scratch) to give me an estimate. The rep had added some cabinets with doors instead of drawers which I had in my own design and later I wanted to ask him to modify his design in order to get a better and more accurate pricing of the overall design. Once I called him to discuss this, he was kind of rude to me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence and was telling me that basically they cannot spend more time with me to discuss the details until I make a commitment. How can I make sure they will treat me nicer and consider my demands, once I make a deposit and get myself stuck with them in this project? Now that I haven't done any commitment, this is the way they treat me. So I decided to go with a different company whose first priority is to fulfill the needs of their customer before any commitment or deposit is made.

We loved our house but hated the builder-grade laminate kitchen cabinets. When it came time for a remodel, we hoped to upgrade our cabinets, rearrange them in a more efficient design, and still have money in our $10,000 budget for a new sheet vinyl floor and laminate counter tops if we did the work ourselves. Boy were we wrong! The kitchen design centers quoted $25,000 just for the cabinets, and the big box stores were about half that cost. We had almost given up on our dream kitchen when we discovered ready-to-assemble cabinets. We selected Kitchen Pro Cabinetry for its great selection of quality cabinets that included the solid wood doors and plywood boxes we were looking for. Our designer Betty worked with us to come up with a more efficient design, and was even able to give us two special doors cut out so we could add chicken wire – a hot new trend that was going to cost us big bucks elsewhere. Our new cabinets cost around $6,654, which left enough in our budget for the floors and counter tops. But once my husband installed the cabinets, which only took two days, they looked so good we decided to splurge and upgrade our counter tops, black splash and floor. Our new kitchen looks fabulous and is now our favorite room in the house. By the way, my husband said the cabinetry assembly instructions could be improved a bit, but once he put one cabinet together, putting the rest together was fairly easy. He gives this product an A+ for quality and says anyone with moderate woodworking skills can do a professional looking installation.
