Service people responded by phone when requested and tech arrived on time with good diagnosis and less pricey repair than at least one local competitor that is better known.
When we first bought our home I asked a co-worker who has lived in OBS for years to recommend an AC company. It was Igloo Air and we've been using them since. It's incredible how quickly and professionally they fix problems anytime one comes up. Richard is great to work with and I have gone on to recommend their service to others. These guys are great. I bought a house 4 years ago and the 5 year old Bryant died a month after the warranty was up. They told me what it would cost to fix and it was cheaper to replace the entire unit which I did. Unit works great. Thanks Igloo!
The initial experience with the tech coming see if he could repair the unit went fine. I then spoke to the owner/manager and when i asked about how long the fix would last, he immediately became disrespectful and responded by telling me to call someone else to fix the unit. I was blown away that a business would talk to a potential customer with such disrespect and rudeness. I was asking questions to see if i needed to invest in a new unit. Luckily for me i was advised to speak with a company known for their customer service. After everything was said and done the price igloo tried to get was cut in half. I don’t recommend this company.
Igloo Air is top notch! They had our house installed with a new AC unit in no time. Everyone was so courteous, professional, neat and efficient. I would recommend them for any and all of your ac/heat needs. What a great company.
