We required testing on a property in Manhattan undergoing renovation, the results of which were going to be submitted to the NYC DOB. Additionally, this property is owned by a co-op necessitating the highest level of care while testing is being conducted. I was easily able to schedule an appointment that also worked for the co-op’s minimal time slots for roof and basement access. The Hazmat employee conducting the testing arrived promptly for the appointment, explained how he was going to obtain samples for testing and took samples in a non-obstructive and minimally visible manner. The co-op was very appreciative as was I. The results of the tests were provided in short order and submitted to the relevant parties including the DOB. Hazmat made a potentially complicated process seamless and provided us with excellent results!
Comfortable experience. I just wish the process took quicker but I guess the paperwork process takes time. But overall I’m very happy with the experience.
Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I complained about the extra 2 percent credit card charge and they removed it as a courtesy. very professional.
