I was filling out the application online when it redirected me to call the office. The lady did not state her name so I’m not sure who I spoke with but I told her what happened and in the middle of explaining what the issue was she interrupted me and said I don’t understand what your problem was. I wasn’t finish explaining the situation and I told her it’s fine I will take my business else where since you don’t seem to interested or willing to help and she said she was interested and I proceeded to tell her about her attitude and she hung up. How are you going to get business in the door when you have people like that answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
I was dissatisfied with Loraine. She really didn't help me at all.
