About Five Step Carpet Care

Mitch and Chris, if I remember names correctly. Very punctual, respectful, and professional. Came in got to work. Did very good job. Did not move larger pieces of furniture like some services do. The work was top quality and I am pleased. Excellent service.

I have used several different carpet cleaning services and not been totally happy with any of them. This is my first time with Five Step and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with their service. They sprayed the carpet with an eco friendly solution, then used rotating brush to loosen dirt and bring the nap back up. And it worked! They follow with a rotating cloth to pickup dirt and help dry. My carpet looks fantastic and pet stains are gone! Did every inch of my sofa and love seat and even did the throw pillows. Looks great as well. I am also impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. I will use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly.

Love this company and Mitch and Chris. Great job! Second time I have used them. Pleasant, professional, helpful. The fact that the products they use are safe and non-toxic is my major requirement. I have a cat and I also have allergies to lots of products. These folks are the best. Will definitely use again in the future.

5 Step Carpet Care is old-fashioned-customer-service-high-quality perfection. They are professional and do beautiful work. So much dirt is removed, the returned rugs weigh about 40 percent of what they did when picked up. ( We have large animals who drop a lot of dirt, dander and hair ). 5 Step has cleaned my rugs at least 4 times and will clean them again next week.

As an interior decorator and home stager, I have used Five Step Carpet Care for multiple reasons for many years. I would not consider going anywhere else. Their service is impeccable and their solutions always get the job done. Especially, I love that the products they use are good for us and the earth.
