I've had to bring my grandmother here for several appointments, and the staff is always very caring and helpful. My grandmother is treated very well. I have to bring my little one with me, and they are very friendly and accommodating to me when we are in the waiting room. We have not experienced excessive wait times ourselves.
Terribly over booked their doctors! I don't enjoy waiting over 45 minutes after my appointment time to get called back to a room then more waiting! When I have to leave my job for an appointment I cannot afford all all that waiting time.
