I love the location, the people at the office are friendly, I enjoy the amenities. It is a nice and clean environment. I feel like home. You have grocery and restaurants near by it is a great location. My family is happy about this new apartment.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I cannot wait to move. Bad location, noisy residents, not worth the rent, structure of the building is horrible! You can literally hear your neighbors do everything. They do whatever to squeeze money out of residents. I do not recommend at all
Everything about my apartment is great but I work the night shift and they have people come out at 830am and leaf blow the parking lot for hours. Its extremely loud in my bedroom and I'm all the way on the fourth floor. We don't have any trees out here so idk what they're leaf blowing. If they could leaf blow the dirt off the parking (which isn't even an issue) once a month or at least later in the afternoon, that would be great and ill update my review to 5 stars.
I lived here for a year and a half and was very pleased with my time there. The maintenance team always took care of any issues I had in a timely and courteous manner. I admit I did have some issues with my apartment, the A/C system mostly. But I want to give special recognition to Shamarilyn York who works in the leasing office. She's the reason I'm giving Everly five stars. For the entire time I lived at Everly, she was always so nice and pleasant. Very professional and always took care of whatever issue I had.
