We were so pleased with our service call with Jorge from Coolair yesterday. He was very professional and informative, and took the time to explain to us how our system works and why we were having issues. We felt confident that we could trust his recommendations and he worked very hard to correct our problem. They were very professional, very respectful of my home and I was so pleased that they cleaned up everything! I was quite impressed with each of them and five of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met! I was going to use another company who initially installed my old AC unit, but called your company on the recommendation of a neighbor. Such a difference in sales approach and cost!! Brent Shaker not only sold me a new AC unit with the ultraviolet light component, but a new hot water heater as well! He spent time with me to explain the sales package and then wrote out all the specifics on the signed contract. I would gladly recommend your company to anyone looking for a reliable company. Nick was extremely helpful!! The AC went out on the 4th of July while we were staying at a family members condo for the long weekend. We couldn’t go without AC since our infant son was with and it would have been way to hot for him. Nick was out to our place in less than an hour to fix the AC. Incredible service, call them!!!!
